01Where orders go

All DRD Blocks orders ship out of warehouses based in the United States, and we deliver only to addresses within the United States. Shipping to other countries isn't available.

02Handling time

Every order is processed before it ships, which takes 1–3 business days. We work Monday through Friday; US public holidays don't count as business days. Your order enters the delivery stage once it's packed and handed to the carrier.

03Method and carriers

There's one option at checkout: Standard Shipping. We use USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on the destination and our operational needs.

04Rates

Orders over $75 ship free. Anything at or below $75 ships for a flat $5.99. The rate is based on your order total and shown at checkout.

05Delivery estimate

From the day you order, allow 5–11 business days. That figure already includes handling and transit together; it doesn't start counting after handling ends. Once shipped, transit alone usually runs 4–8 business days.

Estimates aren't guarantees. A package can occasionally take longer because of:

• Carrier delays
• Severe weather
• Holidays
• Other unexpected circumstances

06Changes, cancellations and tracking

Need to change or cancel? Email [email protected] within 1 hour of ordering. Past that point the order may already be packed, and changes may not be possible.

When your package leaves, a shipping confirmation email arrives with its tracking number. You can also look up the status anytime on the Track Order page using your order number.
