01Before we ship

DRD Blocks processes and ships an order only after its payment has gone through successfully. Here's how checkout works and how your payment is protected.

02Accepted methods

Checkout is powered by PayPal as our payment gateway. Inside PayPal's checkout you aren't limited to a PayPal balance; you can also pay with:

• Your PayPal balance
• A linked bank account
• A credit or debit card, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover

An eligible credit or debit card also works through PayPal's guest checkout, without creating a PayPal account. More payment methods may be added later as we keep improving checkout.

03Verification

Payments may go through authorization or verification checks to keep customers and the store secure. An order moves forward only once payment is confirmed; if a payment can't be verified, the order may not be completed. After confirmation, processing begins. Timing and delivery details are in our Shipping Policy.

04Security

Secure third-party payment providers process every transaction. DRD Blocks does not store your complete payment card information; the payment provider handles it during checkout.

05Prices

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless noted otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be calculated at checkout.

06Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the payment method used at checkout. Eligibility and timing are covered in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to show the refunded amount.

07Fraud prevention

We may cancel, delay or refuse any order we suspect of fraud, unauthorized activity or payment irregularities, and in some cases ask for additional verification to confirm payment details and protect you and the store.

08If payment fails

• Check that your payment details are entered correctly
• Confirm your payment method is active and available
• Contact your financial institution if it keeps failing
