- Unused and in original condition
- Unworn, where applicable
- Unwashed
- Tagged with the original tags
Proof of purchase may be requested. Our support team must approve each return before it's sent; returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Not returnable

- Underwear and swimwear, for hygiene reasons
- Pierced earrings, for hygiene reasons
If you're unsure whether something qualifies, check with support before shipping it.
02Step by step
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the items to return.
- Hold off on shipping until your return is authorized.
- We respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a free prepaid return label.
- Ship the approved items with that label.
- We inspect the items once they arrive.
- Your refund starts after inspection.
You never pay for return shipping; the prepaid label is issued once your request is approved.
03Damaged, defective, incorrect or lost
Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date if an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered. If the order never arrived, count from the expected delivery date; packages lost in transit are handled the same way. Please send:
- Your order number
- What's wrong
- Clear photos of the problem
Once we've reviewed it, DRD Blocks will ship a replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.
04Exchanges
There are no direct exchanges. Return the eligible item under this policy, then place a new order for what you want.
05Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days of inspecting your return, back to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges generally aren't refunded unless the law requires it or the refund results from our error.
06United States only
DRD Blocks sells and ships only within the United States and does not accept international orders. Returns, refunds, replacements and warranty services apply only to orders delivered within the United States.
